Short description / This catalogue was published on the occasion of the exhibition Carla Arocha & Stéphane Schraenen: What Now? at the Galerie Isabella Czarnowska. With this exhibition, Arocha & Schraenen explore issues of life, death and loss, honouring the recent early passing of Schraenen’s mother. The image section of this catalogue is build as a walkthough trough the exhibition. The two lengthy interviews by Helen Molesworth, former chief curator of the Institute of Contemporary Art Boston and LA MOCA is a first. At the time of publication it was the first time a collaborative artist duo was separately interviewed. In these conversations Helen Molesworth vastly enquires about the ideas and methods of the artist duo.
